Discounts:

children 5/12 years old, reduction of 25% (discount applied at check-in);

2 adult rates + 2 children rates (5/12 years old) = 3 adult rates (discount applied at check-in);

long holiday 2 weeks or more (excluding rates for 2 people): from the second week, high season 10% reduction, mid season further reduction of 15%, low season further reduction of 20% (discount applied at check-in).
Payments:

advance payment equal to 30% of the total stay at the time of booking;

total stay at check-in.
Terms of cancellation:
-
reservations cancelled within 30 days from the arrival date: no penalty;
-
cancellations received from the 29th day to the expected arrival date: 30% of the total booked stay will be charged.
"Le Rose di Nonna Maria" offers its guests a courtesy luggage storage.
